4. Failed Generations and Credit Refunds
If an AI generation fails due to technical issues on our end:
- Credits will be automatically refunded to your account
- If automatic refund fails, contact support with your generation ID
- We do not refund credits for generations that complete but don't meet your expectations
- Credits are not refunded for user errors or inappropriate prompts
5. Billing Errors
If you notice an incorrect charge on your account:
- Contact us within 30 days of the charge
- Provide details of the billing error
- We will investigate and correct any confirmed errors
- Refunds for billing errors will be processed within 5-10 business days
6. Account Termination Refunds
If we terminate your account for violations of our Terms of Service:
- No refunds will be provided
- Remaining credits will be forfeited
- Access to generated content may be revoked
