By accessing and using AI Editing Image ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AI Editing Image provides AI-powered image generation, editing, and enhancement tools. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Text-to-image generation
  • Image editing and enhancement
  • Background removal and replacement
  • Image upscaling and restoration
  • Style transfer and artistic effects

3. User Accounts and Credits

To use our services, you must create an account and purchase credits:

  • Each AI generation costs 3 credits
  • Credits are valid for one month from purchase date
  • Unused credits expire and do not roll over
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One account per person or entity

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content without disclosure
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
  • Create content for spam, harassment, or malicious purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
  • Use automated tools to abuse the service

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Regarding content and intellectual property:

  • You retain rights to images you upload
  • You own the generated images created through our service
  • You grant us license to process your images for service provision
  • Our AI models and technology remain our intellectual property
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to uploaded content

6. Payment and Billing

Payment terms and conditions:

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

  • Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • AI generation quality may vary
  • Processing times may vary based on demand

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Editing Image shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
